We serve Medicaid recipients ages 12 and up, providing in-person and virtual counseling for mental health, substance use and family-related concerns. Our licensed clinician is committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with care and expertise. This program is proudly supported by the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Foundation.
Meet Our Director
With over 30 years of counseling experience, Patti brings a compassionate approach to care. She meets clients where they are, helping them identify meaningful goals and develop personalized strategies to achieve them. Her leadership ensures that every client receives thoughtful, goal-oriented support tailored to their unique journey.
