NuHouse: Teens' Transition

NuHouse is a residential program located on the Landmarks for Families North Charleston campus for teens transitioning into adulthood. In this supportive environment, teens can focus on learning the skills and lessons they need to successfully and confidently transition to independent living.

Eligibility:

  • Teens transitioning into adulthood.
  • Once living in NuHouse, residents must meet the following requirements:
  • Work toward continued education (GED, finishing high school, or college)
  • Learn independent living skills
  • Be employed (part-time employment, full-time employment, internships, or SC works workshops) or enlisted.
