NuHouse: Teens' Transition

NuHouse is a traditional living program located on the Landmarks for Families North Charleston campus for teens (ages 18 – 21) transitioning into adulthood. In this supportive environment, teens can focus on learning the skills and lessons they need to successfully and confidently transition to independent living.

Eligibility:

  • Teens transitioning into adulthood.
  • Once living in NuHouse, residents must meet the following requirements:
  • Work toward continued education (GED, finishing high school, or college)
  • Learn independent living skills
  • Be employed (part-time employment, full-time employment, internships, or SC works workshops) or enlisted.
