Our Family Preservation and Reunification services are designed to keep families safe, connected and whole when challenges arise. These in-home services deliver families individualized support through a skilled team of coaches and case managers who support them through transitions, help create structure, and stand beside them to overcome times of hardship. Families can heal, become resilient, and thrive by strengthening family relationships, providing guidance, and establishing structures that ensure safety and connection.

Teaching Family® Services
Landmarks for Families case managers help each family establish a Teaching Family® framework within the home and coordinate wrap-around services to ensure the needs of the family are met. This in-home model is proven to:

Improve parental relationships
Introduce increased supervision, structure, and discipline into the home
Improve parental relationships and peer associations
Promote community involvement and healthy relationships
Decrease risk factors and improve protective factors

Each family is eligible to receive two to four hours of targeted in-home support from a trained case manager for up to twenty-two weeks.
