Our Family Education and Support programs aim to connect families, build support networks and enhance social involvement. These family support services help support children and families through relationship and skill building, which are foundations of protective factors that contribute to thriving families.
Family education and support services include Parent Education & Support, Summer Programs, After-School Programs, Teen Skill-Building and Grief Support. The Strengthening Families Program is an evidence-based program that helps families build stronger relationships, develop positive parenting skills, and support children’s social, emotional, and school success. Through fun, practical activities, parents and children learn skills they can use together to create a happier, healthier, and more connected family.
The Connection Group Workshop is a research-based program that helps parents and teens strengthen their relationship and navigate the transition into adolescence together. Families have the opportunity to learn practical skills, improve communication, and build positive connections that support healthy, strong family relationships.
ScholarCentric is a research-based program that helps middle and high school students build resilience, strengthen social-emotional skills, and develop the tools they need to succeed in school and in life.
