Family Resource Center

Family Resource Centers are welcoming, community-based places where families can find support, information, and connections to resources. These centers provide families with practical tools and services to help them navigate everyday challenges and build stronger, healthier families.

Families may access a variety of supports, including:

• Parenting education and family workshops
• Connections to community resources and services
• Support navigating schools, agencies, and other systems
• Basic needs assistance and donated goods
• Information, referrals, and connections to local organizations
• Opportunities to build relationships and connect with other families

Family Resource Centers are designed to be a welcoming place where families can get connected, find support, and access the resources they need to thrive.

Landmarks for Families is designated as a Family Resource Center by the Children’s Trust of South Carolina and is a member of the S.C. Family Support Network. The network promotes national standards of quality in family support services and is a member of the National Family Support Network.
